CANCELLATION POLICY
I value your time and strive to provide the best service possible. To ensure a smooth scheduling process for all clients, I kindly ask for your cooperation with the cancellation policy: 24-Hour Notice: I do require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows me to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. Late Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, a fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged. If you do choose to reschedule, the fee will be deducted from the cost of your service on the day of the rescheduled service. 15 Minute Grace Period: I allow a 15 minute grace period for late clients. Anything past the grace period with no communication will be counted as a no call no show. No Shows: Any client who no shows their service will be charged 100% of the service scheduled.
